Procedure to follow for filling the New Connection Online Application Form
  1. Register your mobile number using OTP
  2. Fill in Application and connection details and click on "Save".
  3. Upload Self Attested documents in pdf format of file size not exceeding 2MB each.
  4. After uploading the documents, please note the Application Number and Transaction ID. These details are required for payment of the application fee. Kindly be aware that the fee is non‑refundable. To avoid duplicate charges, please refrain from making multiple payments in the event of a payment failure.
    • BPL: Rs.50.00/-
    • LT Single Phase except BPL: Rs.100.00/-
    • LT Three Phase: Rs.250.00/-
    • HT Connection: Rs.500.00/-
    • EHT Connection: Rs.1000.00/-
  5. Make payment using Application Number and Transaction ID.
  6. After payment Click on FINAL SUBMIT. Notification Number will be sent on your registered mobile for your future reference.
  7. You will receive Email and SMS on your registered mobile Number - 1 ) Acknowledgement of application.
  8. Email and SMS will be sent on your registered mobile Number for further reference.

(i) Electoral identity card
(ii) Passport
(iii) Driving license
(iv) Photo identity card issued by Government agency
(v) PAN card
(vi) Certificate from village Pradhan/Patwari/Lekhpal/village levei worker/village chowkidar/Primary school teacher/in-charge of primary health center etc.
(vii) Aadhar Card

If Applicant is an organization(Any one of the following)
Signature of competent authority (e.g.Branch Manager, Principal, Executive Engineer etc.) along with relevant resolution /authority letter of the institution concerned.

Proof of Ownership / Occupancy (In case of owned/leased premise) *

1.Registered sale Deed/Lease Deed of the Premises/Form I & XIV
2.Municipal / Panchayat Tax Receipt indicating house number and the name of the owner of the premises
3.Letter of allotment
4.Copy of the House Registration Certificate issued by the Panchayat/ownership certificate issued by Revenue Authorities
5.Succession Deed/ Inventory Proceedings/Registered will
6.GST Registration reflecting name and address of the premises
7.In case where an occupant is unable to produce any of the above documents then an order under the Goa Health Act, issued by the concerned Health Officer may be submitted.
For connections upto 5 kW load Download self declaration. (Test report is not mandatory if load upto 5kW)
Test Certificate and Wiring Diagram from Licensed Electrical Contractor to be compulsorily submitted before release of connection, if load is above 5kW.
